C.M. Shri Kamal Nath Appreciates Sanitary Workers’ Commitment
Bhopal. The Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath has said that sanitary workers of six top ranking cities will be given honorarium of Rs. five thousand each who worked hard to secure place in top 20 cities of the country in the Cleanliness Survey 2019. The Chief Minister congratulated the sanitary workers of these six cities for their commendable work
It is worth mentioning here that in the Cleanliness Survey 2019 conducted in country’s 4237 cities, six cities of Madhya Pradesh – Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Dewas, Khargone and Nagda secured high ranking among top 20 cities.
The Chief Minister said that it is due to hard work of sanitary workers, Madhya Pradesh could achieve top position. This is a matter of pride for every citizen, he added. Shri Kamal Nath appreciated the public awareness and participation of citizens of these cities saying that the major contribution comes from the staff relentlessly engaged in cleanliness work and is still doing it.
